Family Law:
At Vondra Law Firm, PLLC, we can help you with all your family law issues including, but not limited to: Divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, relocation, nonparental custody, and domestic violence. Although we advocate peaceful resolutions outside of court for our clients, we do not shy away from the courtroom should litigation be necessary. We realize that if you are dealing with a family law issue that this is a very stressful and emotional time in your life. We are here to make sure that you are armed with all the knowledge you need to achieve a fair outcome in your case. We will take on that legal burden for you and provide you with the best ways to proceed for all situations.
We also realize that cost can be a detriment for people needing to use the family law legal system. This is why, at Vondra Law Firm, we offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying individuals in this practice area. This allows everyone to access the justice system and be able to have someone to advocate for their needs. If you believe you would qualify for a sliding fee, please give us a call.
Further, we also offer “unbundled services.” What this means is that you may not need or want full representation for your case, but you would like someone to review your documents or help you draft your pleadings. You may also want representation for just one hearing, but not your full case. This helps you control costs and determine how your money is best spent.
Regardless of the type of help you desire in your family law case, we are here to help and guide you throughout the entire process.
